Need passcode on refurbished iPad from Amazon

My neighbor got a 2015 ipad from the va. He can’t get past the pass code because he doesn’t have it. Help.

Bypassing passcode on refurbished iPhone XR I just bought my son a used iPhone xr. It was refurbished. I plugged in the charger and charged the battery then put it in a box. iPad from company who no longer exists I have an iPad from a home healthcare company who no longer exist and would like to use the iPad but can’t get into it as I forgot my passcode … it seems a waste to ewaste is there a way to unlock it … I’ve had the iPad 10 years and found it … Can anyone help

Return the phone for a refund. The person selling it didn't do everything in this support article first: What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
