Do not disturb .

my phone is iPhone 13 Pro Max running iOS 16. My ? Is when I put “do no disturb” on and

someone texts me, the message “ken has notifications silenced” does not appear on their phone. Why not? Thank you for consideration

The other person will need to make sure to have a version of iOS that is compatible with the Focus feature. Then on your phone, when you tap your contacts photo at the top of the conversation, scroll down and make sure you have "Share Focus Status" turned on for that contact.



That should allow them to see the message that you have notifications silenced.
