Courier Regular font is not validating on macOS Ventura.

I am not talking about "Courier New." I dislike the updated version of Courier. The specific font I am referring to is Courier Regular and it's Kind is a Datafork TrueType® font.

I have attached a screenshot of how it appears. I use this font on the regular for graphic design in Affinity Photo. I was wondering how I can successfully verify this font if I have the file. It is a .dfont file type.

I tried to verify it using Font Book, but a warning appears and says it's a "Duplicate font." I'm not sure what this means. Maybe it's because I AirDropped this file from my MacBook Pro to this Mac mini. Anyway, I paid for Courier Std which is similar, but I like Courier Regular more. There is an "incorrect" version of Courier Regular on Fontspring which I paid for as well.

I am willing to pay for this font. I just can't find it anywhere. Thank you for your time.

Thank you for your quick response. I tried doing something similar using Spotlight search. I searched Courier.ttc, and double clicked Courier.ttc and it successfully verified. But when I tried using the font in Affinity Photo: no luck. Not even Apple Pages is working with me. Im going to restart my computer and see if that helps.

Edit: Restarting didn't help.

I don't see it in TextEdit either. I think I'll just have to resort to use Courier Std or my MacBook Pro for my graphic design work (I am still on Big Sur on it). Maybe even downgrade to macOS Monterey on my Mac mini. I do have a saved Time Machine from when I had Monterey, luckily. Courier Std looks sharper than Courier Regular, less rounded. But it's starting to grow on me. However, if anyone can provide any method to use Courier Regular in Affinity Photo using macOS Ventura, I would appreciate it very much.
