Why can’t I receive my emails? I am only getting apple emails.

I just got a new phone. My phone was stolen. I can’t get my phone transfer my information from my old phone on iCloud to my new phone. I am not receiving emails either, only from Apple. Help!

Remove your email account and set it up again

Make sure that all of your emails are there or make sure that your email is saved somewhere other than your device. On your device, go to Settings > Mail, then tap Accounts. Tap the email account that you want to remove. Tap Delete Account.
