iCloud email not transferring after iPhone update and import
Old phone is 13; new is 16. iPhone update and import completed but iCloud email did not transfer and new 16 does not get any mail.

Restart would have Fixed this:
It was not a restart, but after making major changes to your iPhone, you should always backup your iPhone > save what need be > and then restart it your iPhone. In doing so, things are synced to how they should be. I recommend doing the same for all devices. Also, having just set this up, consider backing up your iPhone to iCloud or a computer, to avoid loss of data.
