Family Sharing Screen Time Parent unable to see all child devices

I am the organizer of the Family Sharing on our Apple devices. I have previously and successfully set up screen time management for my child, which include two devices - his iPhone and his iPad. I can manage screen time requests from both devices. I can also see the activity of both devices. That part is working fine. However, I added my wife as a Parent/Guardian to Family Sharing. She gets screen time requests only from the child's iPad device and can only see activity from the iPad device, but she is not receiving screen time requests from the child's iPhone, nor can she see activity of that iPhone. Any ideas why she can see/manage one device but not the other, even though I can see and manage both?

Hey ccondon1974,

We’d be happy to help out. We understand your wife has been added as a Parent/Guardian to help manage Screen Time restrictions through Family Sharing, but she’s unable to see your child’s iPhone. She can only see the iPad.

We’re not seeing anything in the following resource that would restrict another Parent/Guardian from seeing and managing the child’s iPhone: Set up parental controls with Family Sharing on iPhone - Apple Support

Given that all other aspects of this feature are working as expected though, it might be best to reach out to Apple for further support on this matter. They can be reached using this link: Get Support
