I need help :( my phone says it’s full I don’t have computer but I do now have internet can u help me my stuff is disappearing off phone n won’t let me do anything

I don’t have a computer nor do I have access to one I live in the desert I do however not have Internet my problem is my iPhone says it is full I have plenty of iCloud storage but no phone storage now my apps are disappearing it won’t let me do anything I’ve deleted over 2000 pictures I deleted files I deleted everything I can think of I play no games I barely have any apps on my phone and it is completely full I need to know what to do and please help me
