Older version of beatsX not recognized by iPhonee11 Bluetooth

My older model 1763 beatsX is not recognized by my iPhone 11 Bluetooth. I tried to reset it by pressing, simultaneously, both power and volume.

Hi Improv10,

Thanks for contacting Apple Support Communities!

We understand that you're unable to pair your Beats X with your iPhone 11 and you're still experiencing the same behavior after resetting your Beats. When you reset your Beats, did you hold down the power button and the volume down button for at least 10 seconds?

Are you able to pair your Beats with any other devices?

Can you pair any other Bluetooth devices with your iPhone?

Also, check out this resource which explains how to troubleshoot your Beats not connecting: If you can't connect to your wireless Beats product - Apple Support

"Use Forget Device, then pair your Beats again

  1. Disconnect your Beats product.
    • On your iOS device, go to Settings > Bluetooth, tap the Info button  next to the name of your Beats product, then tap Forget This Device.
    • On your Mac, choose Apple () menu > System Preferences, click Bluetooth, select your Beats product, click the X, then choose Forget Device.

2. Pair your Beats product again."

If you're still unable to pair your Beats with any device, we'd suggest that you contact Apple directly as they may require service. You can find contact information for Apple here: Contact Apple Support

Take care!
