24in.2022 iMac, Ventura 13.0. Passwords for Safari web sites will not autofill. For each web site, I must enter "administrator" password to have the password for each individual web site entered. How can I get the user name and password autofilled? Thanks for any suggestions.

In Safari >> Setting >> AutoFill tab
As per the setting, as they appear in below image , and all options are Checked Marked ( Enabled )
I have zero Essie with the Passwords Auto Filling on any Saved Password Site including Government Sites, Investment Account Sites, Bank and Credit Card Sites

A - The current Stable Version of Ventura is presently version 13.2.1
It is suggested the user update Ventura which brings many Bug and Security Fixes.
If not mistaken, also includes a Newer Version of Safari this is missing in version 13.0
