How to I get access back to my Apple ID and App Store? I can’t even do updates on my phone

A disabled account typically happens for payment or security issues.


You didn’t specify which message, so here are the available options:


—Option 1–

When "If your Apple ID is locked or disabled" message appears, then you need to ➢ reset your password. 


—Option 2—

When "your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," there is an issue with the payment method.


In this case, I recommend contacting Apple Support for help from an Apple advisor.
