Siri asking for which contact to text someone at

Hi.

When I ask Siri to text my partner, Siri asks which contact to use to text my partner if I say to use mobile then the next time she again asks which contact to use. I.e. she doesn’t keep using the mobile number that I previously said to use.

Try these:

Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
In Contacts app: Delete your partener's contact info and recreate a new one
In your own contact info, scroll down and create a relationship (Add Related Name) by selecting your partner's contact info, add a label "Partner" or "Spouse"
In Settings > Siri & Search > My Information > make sure your own contact info is selected.
