Are my AirPods Pro fake???

So my friend had these AirPods Pro and the model number is A3000 is there an at A3000 model and also whenever I try to connect to them it says that may be fake and also the features on them don’t work like with the transparency and the noise canceling doesn’t work and the bass sounds it’s breaking up. Can someone help me?
