Notes - Time and/or date stamp

How to remove the time and/or date stamp from my apple 11 Notes?

This just started showing up. Yes I have all items updated.

All the options through Google and on this site didn’t work; I.e going through Settings/Notes and uncheck or delete time/date… I don’t have this option. Another suggested to open a note, click on the 3 lines and change it there.. nope don’t have that feature either.

I don’t mind it being there after I open the individual notes. However, it shows as the 1st line when I open my note folder (right under the heading).
