can you see someone’s focus status if they’ve blocked you ? their focus status shows sometimes & other times doesn’t. they’ve messaged me but when i go to reply it sends as an sms like it would if i was/am blocked. would they be able to message me while having me blocked ?

You will never know when someone blocks you. You can only make wild guesses.
