How to get rid of link previews in Mail ??

I wonder who and why created this "new feature" - but how to permanently get rid showing these link "previews" in Mail ? I am probably not alone who does not want it at all.

Another "new" feature is a bit annoying too - why sometimes I get some older sent mails with the label "follow up"? (as a new incoming mail). I never asked for that.
