" Stop sharing your home with someone

1. Open the Home app on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac.
2. Tap or click the More button , then select Home Settings. If you have multiple homes, choose a home, then select Home Settings. 
3. Under People, tap or click the user that you want to remove from your home. 
4. Tap or click Remove Person.

If you remove someone from the Home app, they might still be able to control any accessories if they had permissions to do so in a separate app for that accessory. To remove those permissions, use the accessory's app, check its manual, or contact the manufacturer. "

To make sure we're on the same page, you have no Scenes or accessories installed the Home app, however HomeKit keeps activating? Can you clarify what you mean by it is "sharing"? Is it accessing your location? Or trying to communicate with a different app.
