Homepod mini has an issue with the wifi and doesn't appear in the home app

My 2 HomePods mini always tell me that they have an issue with WiFi and that I must look in the Home app.

Unfortunately, both don't appear in the Home app.

How can I fix this problem ?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Patrick

Hey Telemap_be,

With this issue, you'll want to reset both of your HomePod mini's and set them up again. This will refresh all connections and should resolve the issue with Wi-Fi and not appearing in the Home app. The following guide will help: Reset HomePod or HomePod mini - Apple Support

Before you begin

* If your HomePod speaker isn’t responding, first try to restart it with the Home app. If you don't see an option to restart, or HomePod still doesn't respond after restarting, reset it to factory settings.
* If you have two HomePod speakers set up as a stereo pair, you must ungroup the stereo pair before you can reset HomePod.
* After you reset HomePod, set up HomePod again.

Continue following the steps under "Reset HomePod or HomePod mini to factory settings".

Let us know how it goes.

Take care!
