Ringtone becomes silent
I am not quite sure what happened all of sudden my ringtone becomes silent. Though ringtone settings turned on. It’s a brand new iPhone 11 not even more than 2weeks I bought it. Requesting help

We want to help you make sure that you are able to hear all of your incoming calls without issue. Checking your ringtone settings was perfect, we would have recommended that as well. To be sure we're on the same page, you checked that your device was not in Silent mode and that your ringtone volume was turned up, correct? If all that looks good and you're not having any luck, we would also recommend that you test multiple ringtones to be sure that it's not just the one sound that is affected. It would also be a good idea to make sure you can hear audio when streaming video or listening to music in the Music app. This will help confirm that the issue isn't a system-wide issue with sound output.
