Troubleshooting iPhone Ringer:

A. Disable Do Not Disturb:

1. Open: Control Center (Swipe down from the top-right corner of the screen).
2. Tap: Focus
3. Tap: Do Not Disturb (so that it is greyed-out)

Fiddling with the set up of your iPhone so many times may have gotten things all misconfigured from within. So, are you all set from here? If not, it seems you should either:

(A.)return this (you’d have 14 days to do so)

or…

(B.)reset this to factory settings, as if you were to sell it. Perform as instructed here, including the iCloud logout and the backup creation: What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
