Music App is Stuck on Loading Library On Apple Tv

I bought 2 new Apple TV's and one 1 my music library loads fine, on the other it just says Loading Library. This is for iTunes match (purchased and iCloud stored music) NOT apple music. I really don't want to have to set up the apple tv again but perhaps something glitched when it set up initially?

I performed the following troubleshooting steps.

Signed in and out of iCloud
restarted the apple TV
unplugged the apple tv for 30 minutes.
given it 2 days to pull down the content.

Any other ideas?

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you have tried some great troubleshooting so far. Next, we'd recommend closing the Music app on all other devices including the other Apple TV. Closing the app on all other devices may help. The following is from Apple Music app at a glance - Apple Support.

"You can play Apple Music and Apple Music radio tracks on only one device at a time unless you have an Apple Music Family subscription, which lets you play music on multiple devices."

Okay in the ned after resetting the Apple TV several times I called apple. Once I power cycled the router and signout out and back in I was able to get the music library to load.
