Apple Music is Stuck on Loading Library On Apple Tv

This is driving me crazy! Every-time i go to music on my apple tv it says “loading library” for at least 5 min.

I am hardwired with 1gig internet, signed into apple. This was never like this until current IOS updates. Its so disappointing. As listen Now and Apples adds and marketing selling stuff are up instantaneously! But the very thing i bought Apple TV for (Music) now must be painful and horrible to use.

  1. reset device
  2. tested internet connection
  3. signed in and out
  4. rebooted

it does it every time i leave music and come back, or play a movie. Users library's (or directory's)should be stored on device permanently! Its streamed, so only directory or list of purchases should be stored. Users should not have to swear at Apple tv or be forced to take aspirin to listen to their music that was purchased.

the ipod could do it! Apple TV used to do it. Not any more. Any fixes?

Its so frustrating! And why no one is catching this stuff! Anyone else having this issue?

I can’t replicate your issue. The Music app on Apple TV is streaming Apple Music subscription content just fine here.
