Why don't my airpod pros hold a charge after charging over night?

I have my airpods charging for hours at a time and even after unplugging them, the case will drain down to 0% and one of my airpods is always dead. Not sure how to fix this!

Hey clarefromatascadero,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. In addition to the steps in the guide you recently reviewed, clean your AirPods and charging case as dirt and debris can cause charging and connection issues. Here's a guide on cleaning them: How to clean your AirPods, AirPods Pro, AirPods Max, and EarPods - Apple Support

If the behavior continues, reset them for fresh connections: How to reset your AirPods and AirPods Pro - Apple Support

Let us know how it goes.

Take care!
