Phone was stolen on vacation and no idea what the AppleID was that phone - is there any way to recover that information?

My phone was stolen and received a new one but cannot recall what my previous apple id and password were. created a new one but have no previous information and cannot get into itunes or anything now. Is there any way to recover my information?
