ipad restore

I accidentally restored my ipad while trying to turn it on and it has the screen with a computer, is there any way to reverse it?

Is the iPad Restored or is it being setup to be restored? If it is not Restored and you are seeing the Restore Screen, then try and restart the iPad and see whether it goes back to normal operation.

Restart your device:

  • iPad models without a Home button: Press and quickly release the volume button closest to the top button. Press and quickly release the volume button farthest from the top button. Press and hold the top button until the device restarts. If you're not sure, see which buttons you need to press to restart your iPad.

Whatever you previously attempted, your iPad is now very much in need of being restored:

If you see the Restore screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

These support pages outline the available methods to restore an iPad - either from a backup, or to Factory Settings:

You’ll need access to either a Windows PC (with iTunes for Windows installed) or a Mac (with iTunes or Finder - as appropriate for the installed version of macOS).

Update to the latest version of iTunes – Apple Support

Use of a PC or Mac computer is unavoidable. If you don’t have access to a suitable computer of your own, that of a helpful friend or family member will suffice. Alternatively, the technicians at the Genius Bar of your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) will be delighted to assist.
