disconnect watch from icloud

i forgot my password to apple watch and i disconnected and it wont let me connect because there is updates needed and it wont let me use my apple id password and i don’t know what to do?

or:

If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support

i changed my apple id and put it in and it’s right but it won’t let me log into my watch and i removed it from my icloud
