Evening!!

Sadly, your Mac mini (which I found to be a Late 2018 Mac mini) has only 1.5GB of VRAM. (See picture.) VRAM is the graphics card's dedicated RAM, and cannot be upgraded or replaced.

I also looked into what Mac mini's have more than 2GB of ram, assuming newer models. The next refresh of the Mac mini came in 2020 with the M1 chip, which will be overall faster than Intel. (See picture for specs.)

There are no older models of the Mac mini that have more than 1.5GB of RAM.

If your app doesn't run on M1 currently, and you need an Intel based system with 2GB of VRAM, I would look at any 15 inch MacBook Pro from Mid 2015 or newer with a core i7 processor. ALTHOUGH PLEASE NOTE - 2015 and 2016 MacBook Pro models are not currently supported by MacOS and will only go to macOS Monterey. You must get a 2017 or newer MacBook Pro at this time of writing to be supported for MacOS feature updates.

All pictures attached are in order from paragraphs.

Best of luck to you!!
