Apple Id Login Problem

From the last 2 days, I've been trying to login to my apple id through my mac but it shows an error like "you can not sign in because your account is disabled for security reasons". I have tried everything available on the internet but nothing works, also tried to reset my password but it shows an error like "your ID is not active". what to do now? also, attach 3 screenshots so it's better understandable. please provide some solution to activate my account :)
