I work a lot remotely in places where there is no wifi. I use my iPhone12 as a hotspot, but.... during an online meeting, the hotspot drains my i-Phone's battery very quickly. Is this normal? Can I solve this by using a MiFi router? Thanks in advance for responses :)

Usually, turning on the hotspot of a phone decreases the battery significantly and is also very normal as your phone is acting as a router also. Yes, using a MiFi would help to preserve battery life.

Follow-up question... I have an e-sim for my iPhone with unlimited internet usage. Is it correct that I still have to buy an additional sim with GBs only, even though I have unlimited internet? I can't seem to find the right answer to that :(
