how can i make a shortcut for background sounds

Hello,

So I really like using background sounds when doing work on my Mac, thing is a don't like having to go to accessibility settings all the time to use it.

I tried looking through keyboard shortcuts and automation to do it. but I don't see anything that will allow me to add that as a keyboard shortcut.

is there a way to make a shortcut for that?

thank you for reading.

I use Back tap for that. Settings>Accessibility>Back Tap>On. You can then chose the action you want for a double- or triple - tap of the back of the phone. I have mine set for double-tap. Double-tapping once turns it on, a second time turns it off. It uses whatever you have already selected.
