Nothing. Your iCloud email account remains associated with your Apple ID regardless of what country it is set to.
If you are subscribed to iCloud+ storage space, then you will need to cancel that before you can change countries. Anything exceeding 5GB will be deleted from the iCloud account, so make sure you backup anything on iCloud you do not want to lose before making the country change.
