Can’t save photos sent by others

Do you have sufficient free storage space available on your iPhone?

To find out, open Settings ➡️ General ➡️ About ➡️ Available: Here, you will see the available free space on your iPhone. You should maintain at least 8GB - 10GB free space for efficient operation of the iPhone.
