Apple stole my Apple Watch

I bought an Apple Watch that apple driver marked as delivered but the device was never received. I reached out to apple and the only thing that they said is that they did an internal investigation and the order was delivered. I did submit a police report which was rejected. I tried a second time to submit a police report again and apparently i have to do it in person at a NY police station. I live in Colorado and the product delivery address is in NY so that It can get expedited to my sister. How come I’m buying something with my own money and I’m not even entitled to know what happened to it. This is unacceptable from such a big tech company. Who did the driver hand the device to? Where did the Driver leave it? Did he steal it ? Did apple steal it? I really need to know what happened to my Apple Watch

We all understand your frustrations; many of us have “been there” ourselves.

Never attribute malice to something which can be attributed to human error.

You need to revisit w/ Apple and politely / calmly explain that while your purchase might have indeed been delivered …

… it was NOT delivered to the address as ordered.

Give any organization the oportunity to “do the right thing.”

THEN … if all else fails … dispute the transaction w/ your credit card company.
