ios 16.4 rc Apple Card not loading

On my iPhone 13 Pro I removed my Apple Card and then I added it back to my wallet app. I don’t see any of my lastest transactions or any of my payments. I wonder if the is a bug in iOS 16.4Rc on iOS 16.3.1 I don’t have any problems with my Apple Card. Also on my iPad Air 4 and my iPad Pro 2020 I don’t have any problems with my Apple Card those are running iOS 16.3.1

Can’t add cards after resetting iPhone. I decided to reset my 12 pro max, just cause. It’s on update 17.4 and both my region and bank are compatible with apple pay. Every time I try to add my previous cards, I get told to contact the card issuer. I haven’t got a clear answer from support on why this is happening.
