Emoji on Touch Bar

The icon of the emoji is on it but when I click for it to load all the emojis, the Touch Bar freezes. My MacBook is up to date with the updates, it has the newest one available (Ventura 13.2.1).

Other than that the Touch Bar works perfectly. It doesn't matter if I am on WhatsApp or Messages, the emoji doesn't work.

I tried reading the replies to those who have already asked this question on here, but there hasn't been an official reply with an actual solution.

Please help, I want to fix this problem.

if no change you can try from Activity Monitor>Force Quit the "EmojiFunctionRowIM" process

Then retry tap on the emoji icon on TouchBar to start again.
