Can't synchronize: Iphone has enough, I cloud says it's full,
My phone has enough space, but Icloud says it is full. I have to buy space otherwise I can't make a back up. There is no way to synchronize. How can I skip this?

We understand that you need to back up your iPhone, but you don't have enough space in iCloud to do so.
If you don't want to purchase additional iCloud storage to back up your iPhone, you can create an iPhone backup via your computer as outlined here: How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
"Choose a backup method
Before you get started, learn the difference between iCloud backups and backups you make using your computer. Then choose the method that's best for you.
If you want to disable iCloud backup, you can do so if you go to Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > iCloud Backup and disable Back Up this iPhone.
