Could my iPhone be hacked by husband?

Hi there, i think my phone has been hacked and my husband can see data / control my phone remotely - we are splitting up and he's being intimidating (police are aware). My music changed in my car on Apple music to songs about death, i have had a facebook profile set up with a photo that is only on my phone and at work (i don't think anyone at work would set up a facebook account of me). He seems to know stuff that i wouldn't expect him to, texts have gone missing. I changed my phone contract away from his business account and he asked me to send him the PAC code (i did it, but thought later why would he ask for this). I am waiting for the poilce to investigate this and other behaviours, but in the meantime, i'd like to know if and how he is hacking my phone, and how to get evidence of this. We are no longer on Apple family sharing, but i still have the same Apple ID.
