Is there a way she could have hacked my phone? I have changed my password several times over the past few months and have never shared it with her.

The more likely scenario is that your wife made an educated guess and dropped it into the fight to see how you reacted. If you took the bait, then she has more information. This is a form of what is called "social engineering".
