Can't install CanoScan LiDE 110 on macOS Monterey

I have downloaded the installer. Answered Agree to allow to check my computer to see if it can be installed. Goes through all the steps and says Set Up is Complete. Cannot install it on my MacBook Air Ms with MacOS Monterey

The Canon software apparently supports only up to Catalina 10.15, and may not work at all in Monterey.


Did you try using the scan with the built-in Preview or Image Capture applications? Many scanners do, without needing extra software.

If it still does not work, you can try out Vuescan. It is a paid application, but you can use it in trial mode so you can confirm if it works. It supports a huge number of different scanners, from multiple manufacturers.
