What do you mean by "app restore button for subscriptions"? What are you trying to do?
There should be a Restore Purchases button inside apps that offer in-app purchases, but subscriptions should automatically be available in the App if you are logged in with the account that holds the subscription. The restore purchases button location will vary depending on the app. Some may have it within your account setting's others maybe in their own store screen etc... You need to look for it in the app in question as it can change.
