I have all the privacy settings in Mail set to Protect Privacy and I send emails to Junk as well as click the Block Sender option for new ones yet I continue to get maybe a dozen a day from the same senders. How do I stop this?

Building on good suggestion from Previous Contributor
Some Mail Providers offer from their Web Portal the ability to Add Blocked e-mail addresses and / or Domains
That way the Blocked Sender or Domain never reaches your Inbox at all

Cannot really block. They can only be sent to junk. You can try your email provider's web site to see if it has some filters to help.
I use Mail with gmail and have had no luck.
