GarageBand app lower volume- what if Siri is offline?

Today the GarageBand app had lowered volume (my volume is at max and that’s not even loud 🤣) but I asked Siri a question (to make sure Siri didn’t have it). But here’s the thing; I EXITED GarageBand before I asked Siri. After that, I fixed it. But the REASON I AM POSTING THIS IS TO ASK “what if this happens and Siri is unavailable?”

Siri iPhone volume too low Siri responds to my questions but the volume is too low to hear. I cannot adjust the volume using the normal methods. The volume for other apps is normal. How can I fix this?
