Siri not playing downloaded music offline

Siri not playing downloaded music - i have and apple subscription and have a lot of music downloaded so when i do not have a connection i can listen to music. If i have no connection and ask Siri to play music from downloaded it replies that it is having trouble because of no connection. I take the phone out and have to do it manually every time. Also, if music is playing from my download, it will sometimes stop mid-play because i have no connection; it’s from my download. Annoying.
