I broke my iphone 11 so am i gonna have the new one or they will just repair it?

It depends on how damaged the phone is. If you cracked the screen for example, you can pay to have the screen replaced. If you broke the back glass, you'll be offered an Out of Warranty replacement (which will be a refurbished iPhone) as they don't replace the back glass on iPhone 11.
