How Can You Get Apple to Actually Fix Music?

I have now called Apple several times to try to get them to fix disambiguity in their artist names. For instance, if you search for The Models, or The Alley Cats, you will see multiple artists all under the same artist name, because they have the same band name. This is highly annoying. I have even pointed out which artists belong in the same grouping to someone on the phone at Apple, and they continue to do nothing to improve the situation. The person on the phone seems to be interested, but nothing actually changes. Is this the kind of service that we can expect from Apple, even when we offer to help them out?
