I cant find this option on any face. I can get analog time but I only want a digital time display with seconds and date. Here is what i wish i could get the date on. Any ideas?

Go to Face Gallery, scroll all the way to the bottom and choose X-Large. Under "Complications - Middle", choose "TIME - Digital Seconds".
Here is a comprehensive list of all of the different faces and the complications that are available for each.

You might look at "Activity Digital" and then customize the complications to include the date.
I don't think that it will show you the seconds but you might take a look at X-Large. It would be simple 😉
Thanks for your reply. And thats close but i wanted more simple. Just time with seconds and date. Like the screen i showed with the date. Think like casio watch from the 80’s. I truly love the feature set of the Ultra, but i dont need a “busy” face. I can access all the utilities by using the physical buttons just need a simpler face
