No issue ref. ADP000 on MacBook Pro

I kept getting grey screen, now only grey screen. Portable screen works fine. I’ve tried all of the resets and even reinstalled IOS 12. Seems to be a common problem with New MacBook Pro? Test shows No issue ref. ADP000

If I understand you correctly, the issue is constrained to the built-in display. That suggests a problem with the built-in display itself.


Your appointment at an Apple-owned store for a hands-on evaluation is free, in warranty or out.

"No fault found' says that under the enormously constrained conditions, in the exceptionally brief amount of time allotted, using the limited tests available, no faults were found. 


It is NOT the same as "All is Well"

Did you reinstall macOD, using the Recovery Mode, as explained in this related article?

If yes, and the issue persists without having the external screen connected, you should get your MacBook Pro diagnosed by visiting an Authorized Apple Service Provider or Apple Store next your place:
