The Wi-Fi router is connected to the internet as other devices (Mac) are using it to access the internet.
As you can see from the image MacBook Air is connected to the router (via WiFi) BUT then there is no connection to the internet.
To reiterate other devices connect through the router to the internet - so not sure what is happening here. Can anyone help?

thank you for your help.
I had tried almost everything and in the end spoke to Apple support.
They fixed it. It turned out the DCHP license needed renewing.
