Front & Back camera faulty

What could be the problem? Whenever i record a video using either the front or back camera they make a loud static or rain-like sound. The phone is less than 3 months old and its an apple certified refurb. And it tends to reboot itself

Camera App video recording sound wuality terrible since upgrading to ios 26 All videos recorded using the camera app since upgrading to iOS 26 have terrible sound: one cannot hear ambient sounds like bird calls, waves, cars passing etc. All that comes through clearly is voice! This is NOT THE CASE when recording videos with other apps like WhatsApp or Facebook! It’s definitely some kind of filtering applied in the camera app that is NOT user adjustable! Every video I’ve recorded since iOS 26 is useless! 😕 iphone 11 iOS 26.01 I’ve tried all the usual approaches: force closing, reboots, everything I could find in settings etc. A call to Apple Support suggested erasing and restoring my phone…I’ll try that later today… I cannot be the only person on Earth with this issue?!?
