I have iPhone 14 and how do I set up my phone to control other devices?

You can control your own devices, which are signed in to the same Apple ID as on your iPhone 14, with Control Nearby Devices.
You can find the function here:
Settings → Accessibility → Control Nearby Devices. You can't control everything. Inside the menu, under the activation button, you can read what you can control on your other devices.
