Unfortunately, you cannot install Instagram on your iPhone 6. Instagram requires your iPhone to be updated to iOS 13.4 or later, and iPhone 6 can only be updated to iOS 12.5.7.

The solution is a new iPhone, or use the Instagram web page from Safari → Visit Instagram
